When a global giant like Club Med gives the North Coast two thumbs up and agrees to two resorts in our backyard, this can only bode well for the value of the properties owned here. It’s why those considering a home on KZN’s prized North Coast had better act now and those who are already lucky enough to own here had best hold onto their investments…
Job creation
With two resorts on the way and set to be one of the larger hospitality projects in South Africa, Club Med Tinley is expected to generate over 800 direct jobs and an additional 1 500 indirect jobs, invigorating the local economy and empowering individuals and families with newfound opportunities. During its construction phase, the project will also employ 1 200 construction workers, providing a significant boost to the job market within our region, something that makes us very happy.

Whilst we’ve always known how special our piece of the world is, it’s wonderful to have it chosen by the team at Club Med to play home to not one, but two incredible resorts. We have no doubts that this will further propel the North Coast and all it has to offer to even greater heights prompting even more international investment on our shores. It’ll also drive tourism, bringing more visitors from across the globe and even encourage fellow South Africans to explore their own country and the #LoveNorthCoast
