When planning our Wetland Clubhouse we wanted nothing more than a space where people could come together. Somewhere that allowed our residents and their loved ones to enjoy the spoils of North Coastal living whilst they make a lifetime’s worth of priceless memories. Flash forward and our Clubhouse is now complete. Whilst we’re still awaiting our occupational certificate, we thought we’d give you a sneak peek at the heart of Zululami Luxury Estate. Here’s what we love most about this iconic structure.
The perfect pool
Designed for adults and kids alike, our pool is certainly the Clubhouse highlight for many. Whether you’re after a quick dip, a poolside picnic, or a chance to catch some rays, our pool area is spacious and magnificent. With sparkling emerald green tiles, we can see many a magic moment enjoyed here.
A sea of green
From rolling grass lawns to a terraced Amphitheatre and our very own jungle of plants, our Wetland Clubhouse brings the best of the outdoors in. This can be found everywhere you look. It’s one of many ways we pay tribute to the coast and its wonderful vegetation.
Exceptional finishes that highlight local talent
From handmade tiles to terrazzo surfaces to wooden panelling and even lighting and artwork, every finishing touch represents the height of creativity and the very best of South African talent. We called on some of the North Coast’s most celebrated names and asked them to pull out all the stops. We can confirm that they have most definitely delivered. In fact, we’re still finding new things to fall in love with every time we take a walk through the Clubhouse.
